I/We do hereby further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless SISL, Southeast Missouri State University and the Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist Club, organizers, sponsors, officers and coaches. In the case of injury to my/our child, I/We likewise understand that the registration fee covers only the cost of t-shirts and game costs and does not provide insurance coverage, shin guards, knee or elbow pads.
